This was such an exciting commission for me. I visited my client’s home where we talked about colour schemes and how much of the design would cover the glass. Gill was so happy for me to then design and create her centre piece bowl. I had the idea of ivy crawling around the bowl, changing colour to depict the four seasons. As the paint was to cover most of the glass, I gave the design four windows showing the ivy crawling and to give some clear glass for light to travel through. Gill was delighted with this design and loves the bowl which she uses for floating candles.
